Nelayan Lestari
Our Nelayan Lestari Program is dedicated to bringing electric propulsion technology and green solutions to small-scale fishing communities and the wider coastal population. While we focus on fishers operating boats under 5GT, the program engages families and entire coastal communities through a variety of initiatives, from empowering women to process sea produce to providing training on financial literacy, sustainable fishing, and electric engines, along with other activities designed to strengthen livelihoods and community resilience.
Through years of experience, we realized that targeting fishers alone was not enough. Real change happens when the entire community participates. By involving families, local groups, and community networks, Nelayan Lestari encourages everyone to explore renewable energy, build knowledge together, and take ownership of a cleaner, more sustainable future.
